We are looking for goal-oriented individuals to fill the role of SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER.
The Sales and Marketing Manager leads the department in achieving the respective annual sales, account persistency, retention and marketing exposure. Ensures that an effective relationship management with clients is in place and consistently implemented.
Job Responsibilities:
- Achieve assigned sales targets in alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Design and implement effective renewal sales strategies.
- Enforce underwriting and actuarial guidelines, as well as company policies related to the sales process.
- Implement client relationship and retention programs to strengthen customer loyalty.
- Ensure client conformity to renewal terms and conditions.
- Oversee the accurate and timely preparation of Schedule of Benefits (SOB) submissions and other required documents for health care program implementation.
- Facilitate or supervise orientation sessions on program benefits and limitations for internal and external clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for both external clients and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor the timely delivery of all primary and secondary client deliverables.
- Recommend approval or disapproval of fees and benefits for non-coverable cases that require business decisions.
- Document all phone conversations and verbal agreements through formal written correspondence.
- Conduct regular account visits through appropriate channels and coordinate with brokers or agents for intermediary-handled accounts, as well as those directly managed by Value Care.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the business renewal team.
- Conduct coaching sessions and recommend relevant training programs for the sales team.
- Lead research and development initiatives focused on product and service innovation, including process improvements and enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management or equivalent
- At least 10 years of solid experience in Sales and Marketing, Must have a background in Healthcare or HMO Industry
- With strong people management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical with strong presentation and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Willing to work onsite and be assigned to the Pasig area (in front of Estancia Mall)
