About the Role

We are looking for passionate and customer-focused
Customer Retention Agents
to join our
Loyalty Account
team. In this role, you will handle customer interactions to retain existing clients, promote loyalty offers, and deliver exceptional service that strengthens long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with existing AT&T customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide tailored retention offers.
  • Promote and upsell loyalty packages and value-added services to maximize customer satisfaction and account value.
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge to confidently handle objections and influence customer decisions.
  • Maintain accurate customer information and documentation in the system.
  • Meet and exceed performance targets such as customer satisfaction, retention rate, and sales conversion metrics.
  • Uphold professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum
    6 months of Sales or Retention experience
    in a
    BPO setting
    .
  • At least
    1 year of total BPO experience
    .
  • Senior High School graduate or higher
    (Associate/Bachelor's degree a plus).
  • Excellent
    communication skills
    – must meet
    CEFR Level B2
    .
  • At least 18 years old
    and legally eligible to work in the Philippines.
  • Willing to work
    onsite
    in Pasig (Frontera Verde).
  • Amenable to start on
    October 20, 2025
    .
