What You'll Do

Technical SEO & Strategy

  • Develop and execute a scalable SEO strategy to increase organic traffic, domain authority, and search rankings.
  • Conduct full technical SEO audits to identify issues affecting crawlability, indexation, speed, and overall site health.
  • Optimize site architecture, URL structures, and internal link flow.
  • Implement and monitor structured data/schema markup and rich results optimization.
  • Manage , XML sitemaps, canonical tags, redirects, and hreflang (if applicable).
  • Monitor and resolve errors in Google Search Console and other SEO tools.

Off-Page SEO, Outreach & Authority Building

  • Plan and execute white-hat link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks.
  • Manage guest posting, influencer outreach, partnerships, and publisher relationships.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify link opportunities and industry trends.
  • Support content initiatives designed to attract natural backlinks and improve authority.

On-Page SEO & Content Optimization

  • Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-driven, high-value content.
  • Research keyword opportunities and trending topics aligned with search intent.
  • Optimize existing content for performance, engagement, and ranking improvements.

Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement

  • Track and analyze SEO KPIs including organic traffic, ranking changes, technical issues, and authority metrics.
  • Adjust strategies based on data insights, algorithm updates, and testing.
  • Stay informed on SEO trends, search engine updates, and emerging tools/techniques.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of proven experience in technical SEO and link-building.
  • Strong understanding of Google ranking factors and SEO best practices.
  • Experience with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Analytics, GSC, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Excellent communication, outreach, and analytical skills.
