The Opportunity at a Glance
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Sourcing & Admin Assistant
to join a fast-growing outsourcing and recruitment team. This is a
full-time, remote role for Philippine-based candidates
, employed under a proper PH setup.
The ideal candidate will bring
proven experience using LinkedIn Premium (Recruiter)
to source and engage both active and passive candidates. You'll also support administrative processes such as candidate pre-boarding, document verification, and CRM management to ensure a smooth, compliant, and positive candidate experience.
How You'll Make an Impact
Use
LinkedIn Premium (Recruiter)
to conduct targeted searches, engage passive candidates, and build talent pipelinesSource candidates across JobStreet, Indeed, and other platforms to fill diverse roles
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability and availability
Issue pre-employment checklists, verify documents, and manage candidate files
Update and maintain the ATS (Recruiterflow) with complete and accurate candidate details
Coordinate interview schedules and keep candidates informed of their status
Assist with benefits enrolment and other pre-boarding requirements
Support the recruitment team with general administration and process improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For - You're the Perfect Fit if You:
Have at least
1-2 years of experience
in candidate sourcing or recruitment support (BPO or outsourcing experience preferred)Are highly proficient in
LinkedIn Premium (Recruiter)
for talent sourcing and engagement (non-negotiable)Communicate effectively in both written and spoken English with candidates and team members
Are organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Have experience working with CRMs or ATS platforms (Recruiterflow)
Are proactive, resourceful, and eager to support both sourcing and admin functions

Familiarity with broader HR or recruitment administration tasks

Work Schedule & Employment Terms
Full-Time | Monday to Friday (6am to 3pm)
Remote role for Philippine-based candidates with occasional onsite reporting in BGC, Taguig (once a month)
Proper Philippine employment setup (not freelance or project-based)
