JOB SUMMARY
The Business Center Operations (BCO) Supervisor supports the efficient daily operations of WalterMart Business Centers by guiding store teams, ensuring accurate documentation, and addressing customer and stakeholder concerns. The role helps implement new business initiatives, store openings, and renovations, while maintaining compliance with company and regulatory standards. Through coordination, reporting, and continuous improvement, the BCO Supervisor contributes to service excellence and operational efficiency across all locations.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Handle store, stakeholder (internal and external), and customer inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues related to Business Center Operations (BCO) services
· Oversee documentation, planning, and record maintenance to ensure accuracy, compliance, and organized workflow across all business segments (Bills Payment, Foreign Exchange, Remittance)
· Coordinate daily operations by assigning tasks, monitoring team performance, and addressing operational concerns to maintain efficient service delivery
· Supervise and support training programs and audit procedures to uphold consistent operational standards and regulatory compliance
· Prepare and submit accurate audit, compliance, and sales reports within required timelines
· Support store openings and renovations by ensuring compliance during counter setup, implementing new business initiatives, and providing technical assistance
· Prepare and release official memos and communications related to BCO operations
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor's degree in any Business-related course
· With at least three (3) years of experience as BCO or Customer Service Officer/Supervisor, preferably in the retail or supermarket industry
· Have strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
· Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with different stakeholders
