  • Has Background on Financial Statement Preparation with Real Estate Companies

Job Responsibilities:

  • Bank Reconciliation.
  • Posting of Monthly Financial Transaction and complete the posting process.
  • Prepare Financial Reports
  • Work closely with superior to prepare year-end reports and audits
  • Trial Balance
  • Assist on approval of Pending Docs to Update System.
  • Preparation of Quarterly VAT and VAT Relief
  • Assist Superiors in any other concerns on preparation of Financial Statements.
  • Understanding with receivable and revenue recognition.
