Job Descriptions

Using analytical, organizational and communication skills, this position is responsible for providing high level financial, plan and administrative analysis, preparation and review of client deliverables, while primarily managing all compliance related activities for defined contribution plans including census reconciliation, preparation of contribution and/or forfeiture allocations, non-discrimination testing, and required government filings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent education and professional experience.
  • 1 to 2 years' experience in defined contribution plan administration responsibilities, including allocation completion, document interpretation, asset reconciliation, and customer contact.
  • Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) designation or higher, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Ability to work extended hours during any peak season.
  • Available to work on-site in MOA, Pasay City.
