About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our fast-growing e-commerce team. In this role, you will be responsible for building a strong pipeline of talent across operations, Livehost, Multimedia Artist, BDM,BDS. You will play a key part in helping us scale quickly and efficiently while maintaining a strong company culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, communities, and industry-specific platforms.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews and evaluate candidate fit based on skillset, experience, and company culture.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and desired profiles.
  • Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and pipeline strength.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract top e-commerce talent.
  • Participate in onboarding processes to ensure a seamless candidate-to-employee transition.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of recruitment experience, ideally within the e-commerce, retail, or tech space.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce roles (digital marketing, logistics, marketplace management, etc.).
  • Experience sourcing candidates in competitive, high-volume environments.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
