The Operations Manager is responsible for the overall supervision and seamless execution of day-to-day activities across key warehouse departments:

Packaging and Fulfillment Perfume Production Bottle Preparation Office Administration (including housekeeping and support staff)

This role carries full accountability for order fulfillment, cross-departmental coordination, team performance, and operational discipline.

In addition, the Operations Manager will oversee the operational performance of our online selling platforms—Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok—ensuring smooth execution, customer satisfaction, and platform health.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate daily operations across all warehouse functions Ensure on-time, accurate order fulfillment, packing, and production Monitor team performance, attendance, and productivity Work closely with department leads to streamline workflows Manage operational health and customer satisfaction on online platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok) Identify bottlenecks or issues and address them proactively Enforce company SOPs, operational discipline, and cleanliness standards Support administrative processes and ensure facility upkeep Core Expectations

Strong operational decision-making with minimal supervision Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset Effective communication and coordination across departments High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism Confident in delegating tasks and driving team performance Ability to earn and maintain the trust of company owners through consistent, reliable output Receptive to feedback and committed to continuous improvement, without relying heavily on upper management for minor decisions

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field At least 3–5 years of relevant work experience in warehouse, logistics, or production operations (preferably in a supervisory or managerial role) Familiarity with e-commerce operations, particularly Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok shops, is a strong advantage Strong organizational, planning, and analytical skills Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools and basic reporting Willing to work on-site and hands-on in a warehouse-based setup

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
