Royale Cold Storage is a leading cold storage and logistics provider in the Philippines. We are committed to ensuring efficient operations, accurate documentation, and compliance with industry standards. We are looking for a Senior Documentation Team Leader to oversee and guide our documentation team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead the documentation team in processing, monitoring, and validating warehouse records.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data encoding in warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Review and validate reports generated through SAP, QnE, Oracle, QuickBooks, or other systems.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and operations teams to resolve discrepancies.
  • Implement and improve documentation procedures to support smooth operations.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate staff to build an effective and efficient documentation team.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management regarding documentation accuracy, issues, and recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • At least a College Graduate of any business, IT, or related course.
  • High school and college level applicants may also be considered with relevant experience.
  • Work Experience:
  • Preferably 2–3 years of work-related experience in problem solving and decision-making roles.
  • At least 1 year experience in data encoding in warehouse operations using WMS such as SAP, QnE, Oracle, or QuickBooks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php15,000.00 per month
