Position: Document Controller

Job Description:

  • Maintain and manage all controlled documents, ensuring they are updated and

accessible to authorized personnel.

  • Implement and oversee document control systems and process to ensure efficient

organization and retrieval of documents

  • Ensure the accuracy and compliance of documents organizational standards and

regulations.

  • Work closely with various departments to facilitate the document control process

and ensure all team members have access to necessary documentation.

  • Conduct regular audits of documents to confirm they are current and accurately

reflect recorded evidence, assisting with communication during external audits.

  • Train employees on records management procedures, including documentation

retention, retrieval and destruction policies.

Required skills: Experience in Document Management and organization skills

Qualifications: BS in Business Administration, Knowledge in QMS

ISO knowledge is an advantage
