Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Writer with deep knowledge of AI/ML technologies to create clear, accurate, and engaging technical documentation for our AI initiatives. This role requires working closely with engineers, product managers, and AI SMEs to translate complex concepts into accessible content for technical and business audiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Research, write, and edit documentation on AI/ML systems, including model development, deployment, and integration workflows.
  • Develop technical guides, API docs, white papers, and training materials covering generative AI, large language models, and prompt engineering.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure accuracy and clarity in all materials.
  • Document best practices for AI architecture, performance optimization, and cloud-based AI services (Azure AI, AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI).
  • Maintain version-controlled documentation and update content as systems evolve.

Qualifications:

  • Strong background in AI/ML technologies with ability to explain technical details clearly.
  • Hands-on familiarity with cloud-based AI services and deployment processes.
  • Understanding of generative AI and LLMs (fine-tuning, prompt engineering).
  • Experience writing for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of MLOps practices (model monitoring, retraining pipelines).
  • Familiarity with vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
  • Experience developing or delivering technical training.
