Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to enhance, maintain, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions that support key business processes. The role involves designing new features, troubleshooting complex issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions.

This position provides an opportunity to create impactful systems within a dynamic and collaborative technical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Development: Customize, configure, and develop Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet evolving business requirements and integrate with other enterprise systems.
  • Technical Support: Act as a Level 3 Support Subject Matter Expert (SME) for advanced troubleshooting, ensuring quick and effective resolution of CRM application issues.
  • Incident Management: Manage and track incidents, provide timely updates, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures to avoid future occurrences.
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to collect and translate requirements into functional and technical specifications.
  • Implementation & QA: Oversee deployment and testing activities to ensure system reliability and performance; monitor post-deployment performance and recommend optimizations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on emerging Dynamics CRM and Power Platform technologies, ensuring solutions remain modern, efficient, and aligned with best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience developing and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications.
  • Proficient in CRM customization, configuration, and integration across modules such as Customer Service, Sales, Field Service, Marketing, or Customer Insights.
  • Strong understanding of CRM development principles, security models, and performance optimization.
  • Experience with Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
  • Skilled in C#, .NET development, and SQL Server.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile, ITIL, or similar IT frameworks.
  • Knowledge of enterprise systems such as CreditLens, LoanIQ, or Summit is a plus.

Reporting Structure:

  • Reports to the IT Project Manager or Development Lead.
  • Works closely with technical teams, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and continuous improvement of CRM solutions.

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php150, Php180,000.00 per month
