Job Description:

We are looking for DevOps Engineer who will play a key role in managing the release pipeline, automating deployments, and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our CRM platforms. This role requires strong collaboration across development, operations, and business teams to deliver reliable and secure CRM solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the release pipeline for CRM projects and code changes.
  • Handle deployments, product updates, and environment configurations.
  • Set up tools and infrastructure based on delivery/project requirements.
  • Automate deployment processes and drive continuous improvements.
  • Monitor Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure dashboards to ensure smooth operations and efficient resource usage.
  • Approve CRM license requests, maintain environment inventory, and support configuration changes.
  • Provide support for production issues, incidents, and enhancements.
  • Generate system reports and insights to support decision-making.
  • Facilitate request ticketing and ensure alignment with IT SDLC and governance standards.
  • Participate in technical training, collaborations, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (required).
  • Full onsite work setup (Ortigas and Makati).
  • Basic knowledge of CRM is acceptable, but experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform is highly preferred.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps or other CI/CD tools is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of development and operations processes, Agile principles, and SaaS/system administration.
  • Knowledge of relational databases, network protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL), and n-tier web applications.
  • Experience in developing or supporting banking/financial applications is a plus.
