About the Role

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to join our growing technology team. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to support key business processes and improve overall operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and integration, and be comfortable working in a full on-site setup.


Key Responsibilities
  • Map user and business requirements into effective Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
  • Develop and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM forms, workflows, views, dashboards, business processes, plugins, and reports.
  • Write and maintain application code in line with agreed functional and technical designs, methodologies, and standards.
  • Develop configurations and scripts to support package deployment and system setup.
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with existing systems and external services.
  • Conduct unit testing and system integration testing (SIT) for new applications.
  • Create and maintain system documentation, operational guides, and user manuals.
  • Report project progress, issues, and risks promptly to the Delivery Manager.
  • Prepare deployment packages, configuration files, and installation guides for all environments.
  • Provide production support as needed, ensuring system stability and optimal performance.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development and customization.
  • Proficient in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps).
  • Experience in integrating Dynamics 365 with third-party systems and web services (REST/SOAP).
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, deployment processes, and CRM architecture.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Amenable to work on-site (Ortigas and Makati) in a full RTO setup.
