Compensation: $10–$12 per hour

About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Digital Marketing Assistant to support our team with email and social media campaigns. This is a remote, night-shift role (US hours) as an independent contractor—which means no benefits and no PTO are provided.

You'll be helping our Patient Engagement Specialists with scheduling newsletters, uploading social media content, and keeping things organized across 30+ accounts. Training will be provided, but you'll need a sharp eye for detail, strong time management, and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once.

What You'll Do

  • Email Marketing: Format, schedule, and proofread digital newsletters, upload email lists, and track performance data.
  • Social Media: Upload content into scheduling tools, organize content calendars, and collect performance data.
  • Team Support: Keep trackers up to date, communicate clearly with the team, and make sure deadlines are met.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good written English communication skills
  • Basic understanding of email/social platforms (we'll train you)
  • Experience with Google Workspace and tools like a plus
  • Organized, proactive, and dependable
  • Available to work US night shift hours (9 am EST start time)
