We're looking for the following:

DIGITAL MARKETING ASSISTANT:

  • A Digital Marketing Assistant supports execution across multiple marketing channels. This includes content updates, light design, scheduling, and platform coordination as directed by the marketing team.
  • 3-5 Years on the following experience:
  • Landing page monitoring
  • Website updates and maintenance
  • Managing content calendars
  • Repurposing content (blog -> LI)
  • Administrative tasks
  • Campaign and post scheduling
  • • Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office
  • Trello, Asana, or other project management tools
  • Wordpress, Webflow, or other CMS
  • Canva
  • 1-3 Years on the following experience:
  • HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM
  • Klaviyo or other email marketing platforms
  • Google Analytics
  • Instagram
  • Facebook
  • TikTok
  • Twitter
  • Meta Ads Manager
  • Facebook Business Manager
  • Google Ads
  • Google Tag Manager
