School Administration Lead

Responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and effective management of the academic programs. The role ensures smooth program operations, timely delivery of academic requirements, and proactive resolution of issues requiring special attention.
The position leads and collaborates closely with Program Managers and various academic and administrative units to ensure that school and program deliverables are strategically aligned, efficiently executed, and compliant with institutional standards.
Program Administration & Operations
- Oversee the end-to-end administration of the school's programs, ensuring seamless execution of academic activities and student-related processes.
- Address student concerns, special cases, and program issues requiring elevated attention.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and guide Program Managers to ensure program deliverables are met with quality and timeliness.
- Work closely with the School Head and Academic Program Directors to provide updates on program activities, faculty requirements, events, and student cases.
Planning & Coordination
- Ensure effective planning, development, and implementation of program initiatives, events, and academic activities.
- Coordinate with school managers and departments across the organization to enhance student experience and academic service delivery.
Policy & Process Development
- Develop, review, and standardize program-related policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure alignment with institutional standards.
- Recommend improvements to systems and processes to strengthen program management and administrative efficiency.
- Must have completed a Postgraduate Degree / Masters
- With 4 to 6 years of managerial experience
- Experience in project management or program coordination is an advantage.
- Strong business understanding across functional areas such as Operations, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, and Customer Service.
