What You'll Do
Be part of our client's team as a Finance Administrator & Marketing Admin, where you will handle end-to-end accounting functions, manage payroll, prepare financial reports, and support data-driven decision-making. You will ensure accuracy, compliance, and smooth financial operations that contribute to the organization's overall performance and stability.

Shift: Mid Shift (starts 6 AM or 7 AM UK Time). Weekends Off

What You Bring
- Accounting or finance-related qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent)
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience as an accountant or in a full accounting role, preferably in a mid-to-large organization
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and payroll processes
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP) and advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical skills and report-writing ability with keen attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to implement process improvements
Your Daily Impact
- Manage all accounting functions including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and month-end and year-end reporting
- Prepare and oversee payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees
- Develop and maintain financial scorecards, dashboards, and management reports to support business performance tracking
- Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Ensure compliance with local accounting regulations, tax laws, and company policies
- Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and external accountants as needed
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and ensure proper documentation
- Provide financial insights and analysis to support operational and strategic decision-making
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Respond to finance-related queries from internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial support and guidance
- Carry out any other duties necessary to ensure the smooth operation of the finance function
