About the role

LifeSquare Laboratories, Inc' is seeking a dedicated Accounting Staff to join our team. As an Accounting Staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial records and reports for our growing pharmaceutical company. This full-time position is based in our Carmona Cavite office, where you will be a key contributor to our financial accounting and reporting processes.

What you'll be doing

  1. Prepare and process daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
  2. Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate cash management records
  3. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
  4. Support the compilation of data for internal and external audits
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial information is accurate and timely
  6. Provide administrative support to the Accounting team as needed

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  2. 1-3 years of experience in a similar accounting role.
  3. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  4. Ability to work well in a team and communicate financial information effectively
  5. Knowledge of relevant accounting principles, standards, and regulations
