About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced Administration Team Lead (VA) to oversee their Admin Team. Reporting to the VA Head Supervisor, you'll be the main point of contact, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, driving process improvements, and fostering a collaborative team culture.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and support the VA Admin Team, assigning tasks and mentoring staff
  • Coordinate with the VA Head Supervisor and other departments
  • Ensure clear communication and handle team escalations
  • Oversee admin operations including newsletters, blog posts, YouTube uploads, and event pages
  • Facilitate some administrative projects end-to-end
  • Post daily news articles from Streem into Teams tasks as part of blog projects
  • Assist with weekly newsletter and curate Reels in Descript when needed
  • Implement process improvements and quality checks
  • Monitor team performance, manage workload, and support onboarding of new team members
  • Prepare reports on KPIs, project progress, and team efficiency

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience leading a team in an admin or VA environment
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Strong problem-solving and process improvement mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail
  • Experience in or knowledge of political industry would be considered an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term, Temporary

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
