The Role:
We are seeking a Team Lead to ensure that day-to-day operations are running smoothly while acting as a bridge between Operations and all other departments across the organization. In this role, you will be responsible for managing research projects, tracking performance, and sharing updates and challenges with Management. You will also oversee client requirements, team collaboration, and cross-departmental initiatives, ensuring high-quality project delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Global Team Collaboration
Collaborate with assigned teams across global locations for timely execution and delivery of research projects.
Maintain cross-department collaboration for new policies and change execution.
Project Management and Execution
Manage research projects by prioritizing tasks and ensuring high-quality output from teams.
Oversee all phases of projects—from initial client calls to kick-off, task allocation, and deliverable tracking.
Quality Assurance and Expert Vetting
Ensure expert quality by vetting profiles against screening criteria before client delivery.
Client Relationship Management
Maintain client satisfaction by meeting deadlines, understanding requirements, and communicating challenges.
Provide stakeholders with regular updates on outstanding and delivered project outcomes.
Operational and Financial Management
Manage expert payments by ensuring project openings in the internal database and timely approvals.
Ensure accurate and timely client invoicing at project completion.
Talent Acquisition Support
Partner with HR to align on recruitment needs and interview shortlisted candidates.
Information Security Compliance
Adhere to organizational information security principles and policies.

Qualification and Skills:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Management Sciences or a related field (16 years of education minimum).
Experience:
6–10 years of relevant experience in operations or project management.
Communication:
Strong written and verbal skills to effectively engage with management, teams, and clients.
Technical:
Proficiency in MS Office.
Preferred:
Strong leadership with the ability to earn trust, unite teams, and encourage collaboration.
Decisive and confident in making critical decisions under time pressure.
Innovative approach to problem-solving and willingness to explore unconventional solutions.

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: Competitive, based on experience
