About the Role

We're looking for an experienced and hands-on Team Lead to oversee our remote Appointment Setting team. You'll be responsible for daily supervision, ensuring each setter is following the script, maintaining high conversion quality, and hitting performance goals. You'll also assist with onboarding, confirmations, live call monitoring, and one-on-one coaching.

This is a results-driven leadership role—ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and leads by example.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise a team of remote Appointment Setters
  • Monitor live and recorded calls for performance and script adherence
  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs (appointments set, confirmation rates, etc.)
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions and feedback reviews
  • Assist with onboarding and training new team members
  • Coordinate with management to report performance trends, challenges, and wins
  • Maintain accountability, consistency, and motivation across the team

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Previous experience as a Team Lead, QA, or Senior Appointment Setter
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Able to coach, motivate, and manage multiple team members remotely
  • Experience with CRM systems, call monitoring, and reporting tools
  • Reliable internet connection (minimum 25 MB/s) and quiet home workspace
