Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive monthly content calendars and content plans for multiple brands or clients.
  • Making sure to align content posts with client's brand identity and target market.
  • Create detailed social media post proposals that include content pegs, captions, visuals, hashtags, and execution notes for each platform.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure content aligns with brand objectives and creative direction.
  • Plan and oversee photo/video shoots — including shot lists, camera angles, concepts, and production coordination.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, formats, and algorithm changes to inform strategy and optimize performance.
  • Work with campaign's team to align organic and paid social content for stronger campaign impact.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance, recommending improvements based on data-driven insights.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in social media strategy, content planning, or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of content strategy across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Google.
  • Creative eye for storytelling, visuals, and trends.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple brands and projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php40,000.00 per month
