Key Responsibilities:1.Daily Store Management

1) Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store to ensure its smooth functioning, including product listings, inventory management, order processing, etc.

2) Monitor key store performance metrics in real-time, such as traffic, conversion rate, average order value, etc., to promptly identify issues and implement appropriate optimization measures.

3) Stay updated on platform rule changes and adjust store operation strategies accordingly to ensure compliance.

  1. Product Management

1) Assist the operations manager in product planning by identifying and recommending potential products based on market demand and store positioning.

2) Oversee the refinement and optimization of product information, including titles, descriptions, and images, to enhance product appeal and search ranking.

3) Regularly analyze product sales data, propose solutions for slow-moving items, and provide inventory alerts and replenishment follow-ups for best-selling products.

  1. Marketing and Promotion

1) Develop and execute the store's marketing and promotion plans, including but not limited to in-platform promotions, advertising campaigns, and social media promotions.

2) Utilize various marketing tools, such as coupons, spend-and-save offers, and limited-time discounts, to attract new customers and increase repeat purchases from existing ones.

3) Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, summarize insights and lessons learned, and continuously refine promotion strategies to improve ROI.

  1. Customer Service

1) Coordinate and address customer inquiries, complaints, and returns to ensure customer satisfaction.

2) Collect customer feedback and promptly relay it to relevant departments to support product and service improvements.

3) Establish a customer relationship management system to maintain engagement with customers through channels such as SMS and email, thereby enhancing customer loyalty.

5.Data Analysis

1) Regularly collect, organize, and analyze store operation data to generate operational reports, providing decision-making support to senior management.

2) Identify potential business opportunities and issues through data analysis, and propose targeted solutions and optimization recommendations. Requirements

  1. 1–3 years of experience in building and operating independent e-commerce websites (Shopify or other platforms), with hands-on knowledge of Shopify operations.

2.Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to optimize operations through data-driven insights.

3.Detail-oriented, highly reliable, responsible, and with a strong sense of professionalism.
