  • Maintain regular communication with active loan consultants, providing timely updates on program changes, new initiatives, and available support to foster engagement and satisfaction.
  • Support the management team in additional tasks as needed, contributing to the overall success of the business and the achievement of strategic goals.
  • Other tasks that the management team deems necessary
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • at least 6 months - 1 year of experience relevant to the position.
  • Excellent attention to detail, customer-service oriented, proficient in Microsoft office and CRM systems
