We are looking for an experienced MARKETING ASSOCIATE to be assigned at our Head Office in Sta. Ana, Manila.

Job Description:

  • Support the Marketing Manager/Head in day-to-day operations and project coordination.
  • Process requests like LSM forms, expense requests, and permit applications (DTI, ASC, etc.).
  • Communicate with suppliers, agencies, and cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, IT, HR).
  • Collect and consolidate sales and campaign performance data.
  • Maintain marketing files, reports, and trackers for campaigns and budgets.
  • Support the team in daily administrative tasks related to marketing projects
  • Assist with preparation of presentations, reports, and memos.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of marketing principles, digital platforms, and social media trends
  • Familiarity with design or analytics tools is an advantage
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and within a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
