Shopify Expert & Marketing Virtual Assistant (Remote)

Starting Rate: USD $5 per hour

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a Shopify Website Expert & Marketing Virtual Assistant with strong experience in managing and improving Shopify websites.

This role is a great fit for:

  • Shopify experts who can confidently handle website setup, customization, and optimization, and
  • Candidates who also have digital marketing experience and want to work on funnels, landing pages, and paid ads.

Shopify and website experience is the most important requirement for this role.

Marketing skills are a strong bonus and will give you an advantage, applicants with solid Shopify expertise are highly encouraged to apply.

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

  • Strong experience managing Shopify websites end-to-end
  • Solid background in website structure, UX, and conversions
  • Experience creating landing pages and sales funnels
  • Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL)
  • Can confidently build and optimize pages and user flows
  • Experience running Google Ads and Facebook Ads
  • Understands basic CRO and digital marketing principles
  • Excellent English communication
  • Comfortable working part-time and managing projects

Primary Responsibilities

Shopify & Website

  • Fully manage and improve Shopify store
  • Edit themes, layouts, navigation, and site structure
  • Add and optimize products and collections
  • Improve page speed, mobile experience, and UX
  • Build landing pages and funnels in GHL
  • Integrate Shopify with GHL and other tools

Marketing & Growth (Long-Term)

  • Manage and optimize funnels in GoHighLevel
  • Run and improve Google Ads and Facebook Ads
  • Track performance and conversion metrics
  • Test offers, creatives, and audiences
  • Improve lead capture and user journeys

Requirements

  • Reliable laptop and strong internet connection
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must be comfortable owning website and marketing systems

Position Details

  • Schedule: Part-time
  • Rate: USD $5 per hour
  • Type: Project-Based (first 3 months), then long-term
  • Setup: Fully remote
