Responsibilities:

ACCOUNTING TASK:

  1. Daily Report on Cash Collection (Cash Receipts Journal)

  2. Receiving cash or check collection and issuing Official Receipts.

  3. Encoding all the receipts collected for the day.

  4. Aging of Receivable reporting.

  5. Billing and collection.

ADMINISTRATIVE TASK:

  1. Receiving, recording and monitoring Contracts of Lease Agreements
  2. Custodian of tools and supplies of the Building.

Requirements:

  1. Graduate in Bachelor of Science in Accountancy.
  2. Honest with strong integrity.
  3. With good communication skills and strong personality.
  4. Working experience would be an advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
