Inventory Management Supervisor

Cylinder Management Supervisor is responsible for providing operational and administrative support / services for the department in order to ensure effective and efficient operations of the organization. Maintain accurate records of all cylinder inventory of all plants and ensure that all Inventory procedures and standards are accurately and completely met.

Position Qualifications

• Graduate of any engineering course (Mechanical, Petroleum, Industrial etc.)
• PRC licensed is an advantage but not required
• With at least 1 year experience in inventory management
• Preferably with experience in leadership roles
• Knowledgeable with basic Microsoft applications
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Willing to be assigned in Pasig
• Can start ASAP

Principal Accountabilities

CYLINDER MANAGEMENT

• Monitoring Compliance of all Cylinder Controllers to Inventory Monitoring Templates of cylinders on a daily basis.
• Consolidate and update superior on cylinder variances of all plants for proper action plan
• Consolidate and update superior on all cylinder book balance of each plant at any given time
• Monitor and Update superior regarding availability of cylinders to all plants such as BIVMC Brands Good Revolving Cylinder, Brands Non-Compliant Cylinder, Competitors Brand Cylinder, and Cylinders for disposal.
• Receiving and Compilation of all Material Request forms of cylinders.
• Keep records of all approved MRF with attachment of supporting documents
• Monitor and update superior regarding consolidated plant's cylinder transactions such as company's brand new cylinders, deposit/sold, additional, defective, cylinder for loan, returned for refund, returned for brand protection, captured cylinders, repaired and requalified, and cylinder disposal.
• Monitor and Validate cylinder movements such as plant to plant transfer and cylinder safekeeping, if applicable.
• Keeps on monitoring the status of the truck for cylinder hauling thru GPS.
• Monitor and Update superior regarding cylinder Book Balance of Co-Fill partners to all plants. (If applicable)
• Issuance and Liquidation of allowance for Toll fee and other delivery expenses for cylinder hauling.
• Follow all work-related instructions and assignments provided by the immediate superior

DATA MONITORING & REPORTING

• Submit consolidated summary of Brand New Cylinder Purchases, Brands Deposit/Sold Cylinders, Additional Revolving (Company owned store), Loaned Cylinders, Returned Loaned Cylinders, Returned Cylinders For Refund, Defective Cylinders, Cylinders – From Brand Protection, Sold Cylinders, Cylinder Swapping transactions, Non-Compliant cylinders for outsource to AUTVC, Repaired, Re-Branded & Requalified cylinders, Captured Competitors Brand Cylinders, and Disposed Junk/Scrap cylinders

COMPLIANCE (Statutory & Regulatory)

• Ensure that business activities are conducted in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, and procedures;
• Ensure that all regulatory permissions remain current and appropriate for business needs;
• Provide reporting with respect to regulatory requirements and developments
• Develop compliance checklists and prepare compliance reports, as and when due
• Inform the Internal Audit unit of any findings as regards non-compliance that may require investigation
• Ensuring compliance with best practices
