Join our Helpdesk and Support Team and gain real-world exposure while supporting digitalization projects and day-to-day IT operations.

What you'll do:

  • Assist the IT Helpdesk Team with user requests and admin tasks
  • Support digitalization projects and Microsite Link Requests
  • Learn and apply basic troubleshooting and IT support skills
  • Be part of a team that values customer service and attention to detail

What we're looking for:

  • Currently enrolled in IT or any related course (with MOA from school)
  • Can report 3–5 days a week to our Rockwell, Makati office
  • Skills: Basic technical knowledge, troubleshooting, MS Office, OS & hardware
  • Attitude: Eager to learn, detail-oriented, service-minded
