
Legal Liaison Officer

Compliance:

Ensure company compliance with relevant laws and regulations (PAGCOR, DOLE, BIR, SEC, etc.).

Handle applications and renewals for permits, licenses, and certifications.

Monitor regulatory changes, assess compliance risks, and update policies as needed.

Act as liaison with regulatory bodies, legal entities, and trade associations.
-
Prepare compliance reports and inform management of any non-compliance issues.
Legal:
-
Maintain and review legal agreements and contracts.
-
Oversee statutory and regulatory compliance to prevent penalties.
-
Negotiate, draft, and review business contracts.
-
Provide legal support for company operations and ensure adherence to regulations.
Labor:
-
Manage government compliance (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, PAG-IBIG, DOLE, etc.).
-
Ensure compliance with labor laws, immigration processes, and work permits.
-
Oversee workplace health and safety policies.
Others:
-
Provide legal and compliance advice for internal projects.
-
Prepare and submit regulatory documents as needed.
-
Conduct compliance orientation for new hires.
-
Perform fieldwork for government document submissions.
Job Qualifications:
-
Degree in any of the following fields: Law/Legal Management, Business, General Management
-
At least 3-5 years of experience in all/any of the following fields: corporate legal, paralegal, regulatory compliance, contracts review, government relations

Strong quantitative and analytical reasoning

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and report writing skills

Must be organized and must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
