Accounting Manager

Oversee and maintain the company's financial health by managing accounting operations, tax compliance, and financial reporting. You'll lead a team in ensuring accuracy, transparency, and adherence to accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise general ledger, month-end, and year-end closings
- Prepare financial statements and ensure BIR/tax compliance
- Oversee accounts payable, billing, and receivables
- Maintain internal controls and support audits
- Guide and develop junior accounting staff
