Position Description:

Leads the operations, management and/or financial accounting function including the preparation of financial dashboards, account analysis, adhoc reports required by management, compliance with accounting standards, and effective financial controls. This role proactively handles accounts involving thorough analysis, reconciliation and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the organization's financial objective.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manages and oversees the team that processes collection, receivables are recorded and charged to their respective accounts.
  • Ensures that all statutory reportorial requirements are complied with on-time
  • Ensures the reconciliation of accounts receivables accounts
  • Oversees the review and monitoring of plant inventory transactions issued to production and interplant transfers
  • Responsible for identifying areas for improvement and in providing recommendations
  • Reviews the commission and makes it sure that payment is within the set schedule
  • Spearheads the completion of month-end and year-end inventory
  • Works with the Division Controller in ensuring that the Team is highly competent to perform their respective functions, and in implementing company policies and sufficient controls to safeguard company's assets
  • The position may require field work.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and holds the CPA license
  • At least 10 years of working experience in the related field
  • Preferably in a managerial position specializing in Cost Accounting/General Accounting in a Manufacturing set-up
  • Applicant must be willing to work in Parañaque City.
