Job Description:

Join our dynamic Gaming Ticketing Support team As part of our customer service department, you'll handle player inquiries and support requests through email, chat, or SMS. Your main role is to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for gamers by resolving issues, answering questions, and providing excellent service — no calls involved

Qualifications:

  • Educational Requirement:
  • High School Graduates to 2nd Year College (Incomplete): Must have at least 6 months of Customer Contact Experience (CCE)
  • 2nd Year College (Completed) to College Graduate: No experience required
  • Excellent written English communication skills
  • Basic computer navigation and typing skills
  • Interest in gaming or familiarity with online games is a plus
  • Willing to work onsite and in shifting schedules
