Real Estate Professional

We are seeking a seasoned leasing professional to join our team, focusing on Tenant Representation. This newly created position offers a career development opportunity within a market-leading organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leasing and marketing for the office property portfolio.
  • Liaise with tenants, property agencies, and related parties.
  • Handle negotiations of leasing transactions.
  • Maintain existing relationships with business partners and develop new business with potential tenants.
  • Monitor the department's performance, ensuring profitability aligns with the business plan.
  • Proactively initiate business development activities of existing and new clients through direct mailers, canvassing, etc.
  • Assist in designing and implementing business plans.
  • Build and maintain an accurate client database.

Qualifications:

  • University degree in Real Estate or related fields.
  • A self-disciplined, accountable character.
  • A broad understanding of the commercial market.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
