Overview:

As a Bookkeeper at Valu Express Pharma and Medical Supplies Distribution, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records that ensure the smooth financial operation of the company. You will be responsible for recording daily financial transactions, processing invoices, reconciling bank statements, and assisting in the preparation of financial reports. Your attention to detail and accuracy will directly support our compliance with tax regulations and timely reporting.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Record day-to-day financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure all accounts are balanced.
  • Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
  • Prepare financial reports such as profit & loss statements and balance sheets.
  • Assist with payroll processing and tax compliance.
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
  • Support the finance team with other administrative tasks as needed.

Job Qualification

  • 2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks or other accounting software.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Must be an NCIII Holder or a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
