About the Company

Levi & Korsinsky, LLP, a leading US-based law firm, is establishing its Delivery Center in Cebu. We are seeking Associates to join our pioneer team.

About the Role

Associates will provide frontline support for client services, ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and adherence to firm standards.

Responsibilities

  • Handle client requests, inquiries, and transactions according to established procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with service quality standards and delivery timelines.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in the Philippines, United States, and India to maintain consistent delivery.
  • Participate in training, feedback sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • College level or graduate preferred; no strict education requirement.
  • 1–4 years of experience in customer service or delivery center roles preferred; fresh graduates with strong skills may be considered.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • US-neutral accent for client-facing interactions.
  • Ability to work in a structured, compliance-driven environment.

Preferred Skills

Pay range and compensation package

  • Monthly salary range: ₱25,000–₱35,000
  • Daily commute travel allowance (P500 per day)
  • Leave credits, HMO, and life insurance coverage
  • Partial work-from-home flexibility, depending on operational requirements
