Store Supervisor

-Manage retail staff

-Developing strategic and tactical plans to increase sales (may include managing contents in FB and Tiktok to boost sales)

-Organizing store staff work schedule

-Assigning work tasks to store staff to meet the needs of the store and its customers

-Monitoring inventory and procurement of new stock as needed

-Mentoring store employees to benefit the performance of the store

Qualifications:

-Must have at least year(s) experience as a store supervisor

-Knowledgeable in MS office

-Basic knowledge in social media marketing - editing videos or post (Tiktok and FB)

-Bachelors degree in marketing or related field is a plus

-Able to demonstrate innovation and good judgement; has sufficient problem solving

and decision making skills

-Excellent ability to analyze and improve work processes and policies

-Works well under pressure, has proffesional conduct, and with good communication

skills

-Honest and trustworthy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
