Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Officer to oversee and optimize the daily operations of our manpower staffing agency. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient internal processes, coordinate workforce deployment, and support client service excellence. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage daily manpower deployment and logistics.
- Monitor and track worker attendance, performance, and compliance.
- Assist with recruitment processes, onboarding, and worker documentation.
- Liaise with clients to confirm staffing needs and resolve operational issues.
- Maintain accurate records of job orders, employee assignments, and timekeeping.
- Support the Operations Manager in reporting, planning, and workflow improvement.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and client requirements.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor workforce activities.
- Collaborate with HR, payroll, and other internal departments as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, HR, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in operations, workforce coordination, or staffing agency roles.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and workforce management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- With own service or motorcycle
