· Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple retail stores, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service

· Provide leadership and support to store teams, coaching and developing employees to enhance their performance and skills

· Monitor and analyse store-level data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to optimise sales, productivity, and profitability

· Ensure stores comply with all company policies, procedures, and industry regulations

· Collaborate with the regional management team to develop and execute store-level marketing and promotional initiatives

· Oversee the implementation of visual merchandising and store presentation standards

· Effectively communicate with store teams, regional managers, and head office to provide updates and address any issues or concerns

What we're looking for

· Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail management or supervisory role, preferably in the consumer products industry

· Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams

· Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving operational efficiency and profitability

· Solid understanding of retail best practices, including inventory management, customer service, and visual merchandising

· Proficient in data analysis and using technology to drive operational improvements

· Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
