of Responsibilities:
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to environmental regulations through inspections, audits, and guidance.
  • Impact Assessment: Evaluate and mitigate the environmental impact of company activities.
  • Permits & Reports: Assist with permits, submit regulatory reports, and maintain compliance records.
    Training: Provide employee training on environmental policies and promote eco-responsibility.
  • Pollution Control: Recommend the latest pollution control technologies to reduce emissions.
    EMS Management:
  • Develop and improve Environmental Management Systems for continuous performance improvement.
  • Incident Response: Implement emergency response plans for environmental incidents.
  • Public Relations: Liaise with regulatory agencies, communities, and stakeholders on environmental matters.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze environmental data, track trends, and report findings.
  • Safety Oversight: Manage safety programs and ensure compliance with safety and health standards.

Qualifications:

  1. At least 2 years of experience in environmental management.
  2. Must have basic PCO training course by an EMB recognized training organization/institution.
  3. With a Certificate of Accreditation.
  4. PCO in previous employment preferably in construction.
  5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and concise reports.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
