Are you a service-oriented professional with strong communication skills and a passion for problem-solving? We're looking for a Home-Based Customer Service Representative to support our U.S.-based client in the promotional products industry. In this role, you'll manage the end-to-end customer order process, resolve product and service concerns, and maintain accurate records to ensure client satisfaction. WHAT YOU WILL DO 

• Responsible for managing jobs from receipt through execution.

• Manage the timeliness, organization, and quality of all assigned orders

• Oversee the production of creative designs, samples, proofs, and other client needs

• Enter orders, place garment orders, and obtain client art proof approvals

• Monitor orders through production and shipping, following up with clients on requests and updates

• Position reports to the VP Sales and works closely with the art, receiving, production, and shipping departments.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR 

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, and Business Administration, or any related field.  

• Experience: 1-2 years of direct Promotional, Customer Service, or Order Management role.  

• Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills. 

• Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.  

• Technical Skills: Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications. Basic exposure to Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva is ideal.  

• Industry-Specific Software/Knowledge:   

• Direct experience in the promotional industry or comparable e-commerce experience is beneficial. 

• Experience working with inbound and outbound calls, customer retention, and inside sales is preferred. 

• Knowledge of ShopWorks is a bonus, but not required

• Salary Range: PHP 35,000 – 37,000

• Work Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (USA)

• Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
