Sales & Marketing Manager – Ditucalan Merchandising OPC

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the growth of our multi-brand portfolio (Mumin Innovations, CAD Dental Warehouse, Greenwood Philippines, Big Box Import Service, and Puff & Bloom). You will oversee sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and brand positioning to drive revenue, strengthen market presence, and support business expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies across all brands to meet revenue targets.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital, retail, and traditional) to strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Manage and guide sales teams to achieve performance goals and KPIs.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and new opportunities.
  • Oversee branding, promotions, and product positioning to ensure consistency across multiple channels.
  • Collaborate with operations, warehouse, and logistics teams to align demand and supply.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and distributors.
  • Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, marketing reports, and performance analyses to management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in retail, distribution, or FMCG industries.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM, and MS Excel.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Results-driven, strategic thinker, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
