Sales Technician

I. GENERAL INFORMATION

Position: Sales Technician

Department: Business Development

Work Location: Pangasinan/Isabela/Pampanga/Batangas/Bicol

II. ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP

Directly reports to: Regional Sales Director

III. RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Provides technical service or support to Feedmix Feeds customers.

2. Discovers new accounts and educates potential customers.

3. Gathers relevant data from all aquaculture areas of operation:

a. Farmgate prices

b. Water profile

c. Fish kill threats

d. Sulfur upwelling

1. Provides estimates of possible harvests based on sampling data.

2. Anticipates and warns operators for potential problems in the farm.

3. Shares aquaculture best practices to care takers and farm managers

Others services for Feedmix customers:

1. Water quality monitoring

2. Regular Fish sampling

3. Recommends feeding rates and projects feed requirements

4. Monitors feed efficiency

5. Fish health monitoring

IV. KEY QUALIFICATIONS

Educational Attainment/College Course: BS in Fisheries or Aquaculture

Requirements/Skills:

• People management
• Team player
• Basic computations
• Knowledgeable in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
• Planning and problem-solving skills
• Data analysis
• Can swim and drive
• Willing to be assigned anywhere
