About the role

As a Collection Specialist at RAROCO INSURANCE BROKERS INC.', you will play a crucial role in managing the company's accounts receivable and maintaining strong relationships with principal insurance company. In this full-time position based in Makati City Metro Manila, you will be responsible for ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments and collecting commissions.

What you'll be doing

  1. Proactively follow up with principal insurance company to collect past-due payments and resolve outstanding invoices
  2. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all collection activities and principal insurance communications
  3. Collaborate with the sales and accounts teams to identify and address any billing or collection issues
  4. Provide regular reports on the status of accounts receivable and recommend strategies to improve collection efficiency
  5. Assist with the development and implementation of collection policies and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a collection or accounts receivable role, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry
  2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact with clients in a professional and empathetic manner
  3. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
  4. Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in the collection process
  5. Thorough understanding of collection practices, regulations, and legal compliance requirements
