Job Description:

  • Responsible for planning, publishing, and managing brand content across major social media platforms (such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Xiaohongshu, etc.)
  • Develop and implement social media content strategies to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and community growth.
  • Plan and execute creative and shareable content ideas that align with brand campaigns and marketing objectives.
  • Monitor social media analytics, evaluate performance, and generate actionable insights for content optimization.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to keep content strategies relevant and effective.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree
  • 3 years relevant experience
  • Strong understanding of major social platforms' algorithms, content trends, and audience behaviors, with proven ability in content planning and storytelling. (Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics)
  • Proficient in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Excellent English writing and bilingual communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and brand-consistent copy.
  • Strong visual sensibility and ability to collaborate effectively with design and video teams to deliver cohesive creative output.
  • Proactive, fast learner, and highly adaptable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. (ChatGPT, Canva AI, Runway, Notion AI)
  • Bonus: Familiarity with AI content tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI, Runway, Notion AI, etc.) is a plus.
