Role Overview

We're looking for a Social Media Manager who lives and breathes digital culture—someone with strong strategic instincts, excellent content sense, and the ability to manage brands across multiple platforms.

You'll lead the planning, creation, and execution of social media strategies for both client and in-house brands, working closely with our content, accounts, and creative teams to bring ideas to life and ensure every post, campaign, and activation drives impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with brand objectives and campaign goals
  • Manage day-to-day content calendars and publishing schedules across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Write engaging captions, oversee visual direction, and ensure content is on-brand and trend-aware
  • Monitor performance metrics, analyze insights, and optimize content based on analytics
  • Collaborate with creative, influencer, and strategy teams to brainstorm and execute campaign concepts
  • Oversee community management—respond to comments, engage with followers, and build strong brand communities
  • Stay updated with platform updates, trends, and best practices to keep our brands culturally relevant
  • Manage and support influencer campaigns in collaboration with the accounts and production teams

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn trends and analytics
  • Proven ability to plan and execute high-performing campaigns
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and brand voice consistency
  • Comfortable collaborating across creative, content, and client service teams
  • Interest or experience in beauty, lifestyle, or hospitality brands is a plus

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience managing influencer collaborations or digital activations
  • Familiarity with TikTok Shop, social commerce, or paid media optimization
  • Basic design or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite)
  • Passion for social storytelling, emerging trends, and digital innovation
