Job Summary Purpose:

We are looking for a talented, creative, and detail-oriented Social Media Content Creator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing engaging and high-quality content across all social media platforms. You will play a key part in enhancing our online presence, supporting our marketing initiatives, and driving audience engagement through compelling visuals, videos, and storytelling.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and create original content including photos, videos, graphics, and captions—for various social media platforms.
  • Assist in planning and executing social media content calendars.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, voice, and style.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Design teams to create appealing and relevant content.
  • Edit and optimize content for different platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Monitor engagement metrics and provide insights to improve content performance.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new creative concepts.
  • Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions when needed.
  • Optimize content based on SEO and audience engagement data.
  • Maintain an organized library of creative assets.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Ability to create compelling visuals, reels, and short-form videos.
  • Familiarity with graphic design and editing tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of SEO and social media analytics.
  • Creative mindset with strong storytelling skills.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand identity guidelines.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to collaborate.
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or a related field is a plus (but not required).
