Job Purpose:

The Supervisor of Claims Express Processing oversees the delivery of Express Processing Section's operational objectives of enterning and adjudicating the member's availment based on received claims documents to ensure proper recording and computation of client/member utilization as well as processing of payment to our accredited providers (particularly clinics, doctors and dentists).

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any Bachelor's degree, preferably in an Allied Medical Course
  • Preferably with at least 1 to 2 years working experience in an HMO industry; Willing to work on a shifting schedule
  • Critical thinker and Adaptable; Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills that reflect ability to handle and prioritize operational issues seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills;
  • Monitors work towards goals and prepares for change
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines
